Scott Bakula (STAR TREK - ENTERPRISE) stars as brilliant scientist Sam Beckett who, in experimenting with time travel, loses himself in a perpetual warp that catapults him into the bodies and lives of random people throughout time. While he temporarily inhabits a person's body, Sam also must solve a problem or mystery in that person's life (the solving of which triggers another jump). Continually trying to find a way to his home time, Sam has the help of Rear Admiral Albert "Al" Calavicci (Dean Stockwell), who appears in hologram form, and the supercomputer Ziggy (voiced by Deborah Pratt), which provides clues for solving each episode's mystery. This collection contains all of the episodes in the fourth season of the very popular cult series.

Great show, great cast
I am a fan of the original Quantum Leap series. My dear grandmother and I would watch it every week. It was one of our favorites. Now I must be honest I have NOT watched season four yet. And I will also say I do not remember all the leaps and people Sam was and or encountered. I have started buying the DVD’s so I may start to rewatch the episodes on my own free time and hopefully jar some old memories up, at the very least see if it is still as entertaining as it once was. However season one was good enough to have me buying the remaining seasons in preparation of watching the entire series again. Grandma left us in Oct. of 95. So can’t watch these DVD’s with her unfortunately.

not exactly as described...box shows a lot of signs of use/wear: bent up, corners tattered and side of box is imperfect and box does not stay closed. While playin disks they skip a lot and backside takes awhile to start...episodes I have been able to watch are enjoyable. Lot more problems than expected
