They were good till they were not. First off they arrived quickly and were packaged quite well. However, they came with no instructions and I just kind of winging it installing them . First impression was they were amazing. However, on the first day of road tested use the cable that wrapped around the bolt came lose on yard 8 and buy yard 9 both cables failed. I can fix this with some stronger hardware so they should be ok. Just realized that if you purchase this product, you may need to reengineer it before use. Best think I have bought in several years.
My only regret is that I didn't buy one of these sooner. I installed it in 30 minutes. I used to dread having to lift the tail gate on my trailer from the ground, now I look forward to it.
