This is the best form of magnesium & calcium I have found! Easy to mix, good taste and effective for many things! My neurologist suggested it for Migraines, I found relief from muscle cramps in my legs and it helps aid me in restful sleep. The flavors make it enjoyable to drink and so you want to use it! And when it helps you it’s a win win! So many things like this taste horrible and you fight yourself to take them! I understand they have a cherry flavor too but I never see it to order it.
