Handy tool
I have been trying it out on different batteries and so far I am very pleased. It would be nice if there was an internal battery to keep the settings in the same place when measuring multiple batteries of the same type of for when the connection has to be repositioned. I also use it for smaller 12v batteries and do not always have the specs or the ability to measure at low values. It still helps more than a simple voltmeter.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

It QUIT working.
I bought this product on May 25, 2020. It worked OK until yesterday. I connected it to a GOOD battery and it said it should be replaced because the charge was down to 1%. I switched to another battery and no longer worked. The listing made no mention of a warranty, but I found out it was supposed to be 1 year. This unit was lightly used so I am very disappointed in the quality. I emailed the manufacturer and will see it I get an answer.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

As advertised, but with an unreadable small manual
This product works as advertised. It is fairly easy to use, but the instructions are printed on small sheets using a font than I could not read easily with a magnifier. Some of the instructions are a bit vague, but can be determined by trial and error. Luckily, there was a printable file on line that printed to standard paper and could be read more conveniently. Great tester for USP Batteries as well as others.
Was looking for a way to test UPS batteries, and found an online video that showed the process using this device to do the testing. Worked just like the video showed.
