I am giving this product a 5 rating because it is light weight, easy to use, was delivered on time, and is relatively comfortable. Seven minutes goes by very quickly and the unit stops automatically. My battery lasts about 7 days and then I just plug it in to recharge it. I do not have any problem with my head getting too warm. I am a female with medium length hair that is fine and thinning. I got mine delivered one day later than expected delivery date but that's Okay, my laser cap is small in size for me and doesn't fit on my head, is that how it supposed to be or we have option for larger cap sizes? So far, I'm happy, I can't say it works since I've only used it for few days as it just arrived. The battery isn't great though, it has 4 lights, as soon as you start using it, it drops by one, and by the end of the session (7minutes) it shows half.
