I love this product. My last electric brush died a few months ago, and I started using manual, but didn't feel as if the cleaning was thorough enough. After some research decided on this one, and it definitely was the right decision. Everything makes sense with it !! The holder fits around the charger, the wall mount is great and the app features are brilliant, but most of all I like that clean feel I get from just a couple of minutes of brushing. I like the travel kit, but haven't had occasion to use it yet.

It feels a little different than the feel I was looking for but its ok. I had used a really inexpensive, battery operated Colgate electric toothbrush and I liked how that one felt and it did do a good job. The oral B feels very different than the Colgate. I guess it will take getting used to.

After only two days of use I'll never use a manual toothbrush again. My teeth are already looking whiter and much cleaner. Using the flossing action brush right now and YES it cleans in between your teeth, although you still need to floss. I'm using the Bluetooth sensor on mine since I feel I've been missing out on proper oral care with the manual brush. I've learned the Oral-B Pro kit is the Genius 8000 just the patient kit without the travel charger and soft case and counter top case for your daily brush holders. Yes it's something that is handy but not truly needed since the brush will last for about 2 weeks. The features that come and sets this brush the 8000 apart is the sensor on Bluetooth and the mirror mount. Also the brush itself does NOT have 6 settings but 5, you only miss the tongue brushing setting which is no big deal. Use any setting for that or the sensitive setting. Again, no big issue. The brush heads included are the Cross Action, Sensitive and Floss Action brushes. The travel case that is included holds the brush and two brush heads and has a hole at the bottom, not sure if you can find a charger for this, but it's not the self charging case. Would I buy this particular unit again after only two days? I'd be happy to! Matter of fact I'll be buying these as gifts for my family since we are either manual or cheap $5 electric brush users. We just never knew the difference until my experience yesterday. You can hear about the hype and say well that's expensive like we did or just get one and see how well your dentist loves you on the next visit. This brush is certainly not overrated, it's worth it. I figured if it saved one copay on an extra dental expense, it paid for itself. As a coffee/tea drinker I do have stains, already have knocked out most and the harder stains should be gone within the next or two days on my molars as they only have a little more to go and they will be gone. My manual brush just couldn't do the job. I'm using my Sensodyne Pro enamel Whitening with this brush and no more bleeding gums from too hard of brushing and zero sensitive areas have formed like some others have said. I'd be the first to complain and my teeth actually feel better now than brushing my old way, both on sensitive issues, bleeding and cleaning. My teeth are actually polished! So if you are debating if this kit is worth it or not, just go ahead and make the plunge. I have zero buyers remorse after only two days. You get a 30 day love it out leave it from Oral-B and two years warranty with I'm thinking an added year if you register through their site. The Oral-B Pro again is the Genius 8000 without the charging travel case, one less setting (tongue brushing) and the counter top brush holder. Otherwise the same brush without the added costs. The reason I really think this is one of the better Oral B toothbrush handle is do to the type of battery it holds in the handle. It last LONG between full charges. Nice solid travel case that can be used as a charging station as well. Highly recommend it if you can get it at a good price. ($120 CDN or below)
