  • Funnier than the TV series -- plus loads of EXTRAS as well, also

If you're familiar with the television series then you have to watch this movie, but beware that you may end up disenchanted with the TV series. This movie is like an amalgamation of This Is Spinal Tap, Twilight, and Blue Bloods, but in the vein of an old Ed Wood movie, and it's set in New Zealand not Transylvania. It's definitely worth coffin up the price of the DVD for all the extras, which are so many they almost gush forth. I binge-watched the extras, as if in a trance, but they're all funny, especially if you howl at Monty Python style ridiculousness. I wolfed down a whole bag of Moon Pies watching the movie and bone-us extras. I'd be mortified if this DVD got buried in the discount bin, so please don't bat an eye at the price; I count on you to do the right thing and pay the silver for this DVD. You'll be vlad you did. I wish the TV series was as funny (I had to get that opinion out into the light).

  • Bloody Fun Movie

It's basically "Waiting for Guffman" and "This is Spinal Tap," but with New Zealand Vampire Roommates. It's friggin' brillent.

  • Best Mockumentary since Spinal Tap

Shaun of the Dead meets The Office, but with vampires.
