This Garmin receiver is an ideal product for fishing enthusiasts, which is easy to view with a brighter display. The display of this GPS receiver is a 5-inch (12.7-cm) 16-color TFT LCD with backlighting and a resolution of 320x234 pixels. The alarm clock of this Garmin receiver helps the user observe timing for time for arrivals, CDI, anchor drags, and proximity alert. Moreover, this GPS receiver also has a front-loading data card slot for additional Blue chart and inland lake details. The Garmin GPSMAP 198C Sounder also features storage of 3000 user defined points, 50 reversible flight plans with up to 254 points each, and 2500 point automatic track log that saves up to 15 tracks to retrace the path.
