I absolutely LOVE watching America's Test Kitchen on TV, and find myself scribbling down recipes and techniques as fast as I can. Altho they offer the opportunity each year to buy the DVDs of the shows along with the companion book, this time i bought a previous version on eBay. Both are wonderful and recommended on their own, but together...WOW! My only regrets with the book is so many black & white photos with only a select few completed dish color photos. But the method to their madness was to have the book to support the (yes, color) DVDs of the shows. Either way, works for me!
Cooks Illustrated publishes a great range of top notch publications. The book , although published several years ago, represented as "used" - but arrived in absolutely brand new condition. Amazing value, Thrilled with my purchase. and will order several other editions. Dave W
