In 1994 Ben Edlund's farcical comic book creation rose from relative obscurity to mainstream popularity. The Tick got his own cartoon, a line of toys and video games for the Sega Genesis and Super Nintendo. At 400 pounds, the seven-foot-tall, purple, nigh-invulnerable, brainless Ninja-hating superhero strikes fear (and laughter) into the hearts of evil-doers everywhere.<br><br>As The Tick, you fumble and fight your clumsy way through 44 levels (set up as 16 chapters of a story) of Ninja mayhem in this side-scrolling platform punch-and-kick fest.
