" Black Like Me " Understand the Pain of Rejection. Humiliation. Violence. Suffered in the USA.
I purchased this book to replace the one I had years ago that was lost. A very special
lady friend encouraged me to read this book to understand the pain she and her family
had to endure living in the southern United States in the late 60s and 70s. Very Sad But True.
I had already read this book before I purchasing it. But as always the second read was better than the first.
I loved the book and will probably read it again!
