A third album is both an achievement and an indication of whether an artist will succeed in the future and go onto make many more. Sean Paul's last two albums proved that he is not just a one of blip. The Grammy winning Dutty Rock was an enormous success and almost single handedly introduced the caribbean sound to the mainstream opening doors for the likes of nina sky, wayne wonder and the re-emergance of the likes of elephant man The Trinity has a lot to live up and it dam sure tries with many high profile collaborations and plenty of energy. The problem is the last outing had so many dam good songs. this time round Sean Paul seems to have lost some of his caribbean edge and the songs, still of a great quality, have become more regular RnB and Hip-Hop. We Be Burning, the first release is instantly addictive with catchy coureses and infectious beat. Keeping Warm is the next track to stand out, with a rougher feel and a return to more caribbean style. A personal favourite of mine is Head In The Zone, a more upbeat party club song whic will get you moving Overall a very good album, well worth a listen and purchase. Nevertheless it does not quite compare to the amazing Dutty Rock. However still a quality outing.Read full review
Sean Paul realLy outdid himself, this album was great. All of the tracks were hot and his voice didn't sound annoying. I especially loved Never Gonna Be The Same and Yardie Bone. I really love this album and have become addicted to it. This can play all through the cd player without ever having to be touched to skip any song. Great CD to add to Your Collection!!
This album doesn't have as many dope dancehall beats that make you want to party all night long 'til the early dawn as his previous album, but still holds its own. It has has a couple 'radio worthy' songs, and they're not even that great. Sean Paul says he took three years making this album, but I bet a good portion of those years he was in 'high' places.
I really like the cd and always have like the artist and will cont. to!!! He is great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Popular Jamaican artist Sean Paul has a voice and a sound that is unmistakably his own. I enjoy listening to reggae, this is a pretty good album, with a little humor too.
It has some of Seans best songs in it. This is his BEST CD if you ask me. But you need to have some love for ganja music. if you don`t,then this isn`t the disk for you.
as a big fan of his work i wasnt to pleased with this album it didnt have his zest its almost as if he rushed this album. but there was 3 good songs that could of been hits but not chart toppers sorry!
There were only a couple of songs that I thought were worth listening to, which included the "Temperature" song that encouraged me to purchased the CD. Most of the songs sounded the same, not much variety.
Love this Cd of Sean Paul. A number of tracks sound a bit like Bob Marley, who I also like, Good mix of beats, Glad I picked it up,
I really like Sean Paul and I think the music he is doing is great. Thats why I bought this CD and I will tell you - I love it!!
