Set in Russia, this nail-biting drama takes a look at what could happen when a massive earthquake rocks the country, and threatens to cause catastrophic damage to a nuclear power plant. Before the quake hit there were doubts about the safety of the plant, but these were ushered aside by the manager of the facility, who now may have placed millions of people in danger as the fires caused by the earthquake threaten to cause a sizeable disaster.
