The recipes are easy to follow and will certainly give you lots of ideas for your meat dishes.Even more importantly there are comprehensive cooking instructions and tips on what wines would pair well with steak dish. Morton's is our families 2nd kitchen, so needless to say we love their food. Now we can enjoy the same wonderful dishes in our home.
