Watership Down was the first novel I read as a child
Watership Down was the first novel I read as a child. I'm now a 56 year-old teacher, but never forgot the impact this book had on me as a child. The story is a strong depiction of community, overcoming adversities and faith. I don't know why it took me so long to read it again. Wait, yes I do. I've been reading countless other books.
