    I was very pleased with the book ..when it came for some reason for that low price I thought it would be a paper back ,. but it was a hard copy and it looked brand new ..it was really a beautiful book and the diet is good too and I've been very strict following it .......although you do lose very slowly,. you don't ever stay hungry and it's a diet you can stay on the rest of your life.
