The good: Love the cookbook and the author. My family always enjoyed his cooking show on TV so much. The Bad: Cookbook cover had a white catalog/ or inventory sticker on the outside binding that when removing took some of the original binding material off with it! .(even used a warm blow dryer to help loosen the sticker). My recommendation for future books of this age and type of hardbound book would become NOT use stickers on the cover. Sad as it was to be a Christmas gift.

I have always considered Mr. Justin Wilson the foremost authority on authentic cajun cookery & have enjoyed watching his popular cooking show in the past on PBS. So it was a foregone conclusion that I must add at least a few of his cookbooks to my collection. Chock-full of great authentic cajun recipes & sprinkled with Mr. Wilson's unique cajun-flavored humor, this book is a great addition to anyone's kitchen, especially if you enjoy down-home spicy creole/cajun dishes!!! I highly recommend this cookbook if you love the spicy life & enjoy great southern cuisine!!!
