better world books is great
I said this book was a good value because I didn't pay much for it. it is a mid 1960s book on complex variables so it is a math book. like most old math books the writing is verbose and the book is poorly illustrated. I'm reading a complex variable book from 1990 that is a much easier read and is richly illustrated. I buy lots of books from betterworldbooks and they are always in great shape and priced low so I buy them. but in this case I probably should not have bought THIS book. it was my mistake.
