Stunning and shocking book that puts serial killers in a whole other light.
Book traces the training or medical torture, depending on your view, of serial killers, some previously assassins and hitmen. Your view of gov't secret programs will be changed. You will follow the stories of horrible childhoods in multigenerational, dysfunctional families resulting in people affecting great horrors on communities. And you will question the results of detective work, both the quality and direction, that may have led to limited arrests and lack of due diligence. In other words, many cases went unsolved, others protected or ignored accomplices, and in many cases people in the community were complicit. Loved the book. Scared the bejusus out of me. WOW, just WOW!!! David McGowan goes so deep into the pedophile rings both in America as well as the UK! I never expected the book to be about anything other than serial killers and mind control but I was compelled by the book from the moment I started reading!! This book is definitely not for the faint if heart but if you've ever had in interests in mind control, serial killers, or the pedophile rings around the world, this is a MUST READ!!!

'PROGRAMMED TO KILL,' by the late Dave McGowan is a gut-wrenching, horrifying, and en-ragingly convincing read. It is very hard to understand how in the 21st century the news can be so full of serial murderers, killing sprees and cult-crimes but McGowan draws together a compelling case: Something systematic is going into the creation of sociopathic monsters.
