This WW Cookbook goes back to 1985, when I first started WW. It's just packed with great recipes for everday cooking, even if your not on a diet. So glad it is still around.
Weight Watchers Quick Start Plus Program Cookbook by Jean Nidetch, Weight Watchers International (1990) It is a good cookbook but I thought it had meals by points. Yet good recipes but not exactly what I wanted.
The pages are yellowing and it was published in 1984. But that was my mistake for not being more specific.
This isnt what I wanted. I wanted the quickstart program, not the cookbook. I just kept it for the recipes. I will say that it got to me very quickly and packaged nicely.
I like the book very much and it gives good recipes. It shows how the old Watchers Watchers Program worked in the 1980's.
