This is a good smoker for rids.
It holds cooking temperature really well (around 225 t0 250 deg)
Like other charcoal smokers it has an issue with the charcoal ash.
After you have burned a full load of charcoal...
The charcoal ash builds up and blocks air flow from the vents.
The only remedy is to take the smoker apart and clean out the ash...
And start a new batch of charcoal.
I found a fix with my Brinkman...am looking for a fix for the Weber.
