All dance giving you fun exercise exercise , no filler
I like Hemalayaa's The Bollywood Dance workout, because not only is it an ultimate workout, i was able to learn bollywood dancing also. I got interested in bollywood films, much because of the music and dance. Hemalayaa makes her workout fun, she is not pushy, and unlike yoga booty ballet, she uses the entire workout dvd for working out, no spiritual stuff you have to get through each time you want to exercise before you get to the actual exercise. Hemalayaa goes slow step by step through the whole routine, and does a last segment at the end with all the moves put together for the entire bollywood dance. so it will work for what ever reason you put it in the dvd player, you can quickly cut to segments that you want. also a bonus segment you can click on hemalayaa in costume dance, and even her sisters in modern indian dress, showing you what it looks like if you dance in a bollywood film or maybe a bollywood niteclub. There was not much i did not like about this workout, but thought for resistance in an exercise sense maybe Hemalayaa should have suggested some lite weights or maybe a pair lite weighted gloves. If you like bollywood dance and are interested in how to perform the steps, you will like this dvd, if you do not like bollywood you will not like. But i for one am waiting for her next routine. Maybe evenher own line of bollyword workout clothing :) heheRead full review

Bollywood is FUN FUN FUN!
I like this DVD, it's a good cardio workout. It's also a fun break from other, more regimented workout videos. Nice to have a variety of routines.

Get Fit, Get Happy--& Learn to Dance at the Same Time!
I rented this DVD from the local library to try something new, and loved it...when I put it on in the living room, the kids come running to "dance" WITH me, the music and moves are so infectious! A great side benefit is that you're having so much fun, you don't realize you're getting exercise. It's an Instant Mood Booster--if I'm feeling down, I pop this in and...well, you've heard the saying, "If Mama ain't happy ain't NOBODY happy"...this just turns everyone's mood around! I put buying this DVD and doing it on my New Year's resolutions, 'nuf said?

Too much fun!!!
I bought this because I had done the show on Fit TV a few times and really had a lot of fun, so I thought I might like a full-length video. I'm so glad I did because this is sooooo much fun!!!!!! It is unlike any other fitness workout on the market, currently. The movements are mentally challenging (because they are so different) and pretty easy to catch on to. The first few times I felt a little awkward, but if I can catch on fast, anyone can. It is a great workout for the abs and legs, especially. If you are looking for something that is highly effective, but different from step, hip-hop, etc., this is the video for you. Enjoy!

The best of its kind
There are other Bollywood inspired workouts out there, but they don't feel or look glamorous like the ambience we have come to expect form Bollywood. This one, however, delivers the complete deal. The quality is excellent and the set never gets old or tiresome to look at. The workout focuses more on movement than proper form, and more on having fun and enjoying the energy rather than burning energy. I always end up breaking a sweat and feeling warm and comfortable all over, and I feel like I have more energy to take on the day; not worn out and like I need a break. I completely recommend this!
