Too many problems - poor support
I purchased two of these cameras and was able to set them up without major issues, but the Windows application was a total mess. It wouldn't work at all on Windows 10, regardless of the web browser I used (btw, Chrome isn't supported at all). I finally got it work work (sometimes) using a Windows 7 partition and Firefox. The support was poor, they just told me it should work even though it didn't. They came back with the typical response for a poorly written application (clear the cache, delete and reinstall the application, etc). I had my schedule set up to only provide alerts from midnight to 5am and then all of a sudden, I started received random alerts throughout the day. The response from support was 'that shouldn't be happening'. I still haven't gotten that problem fixed and my Windows login sporadically works. I can do most things with the camera and events on my iPad, but you have to use the Mac or Windows application to set the schedule (another aspect of their poorly written code). My wife has a Maccy-Mouse computer, so I may try the application on that system.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

B- Camera works as advertised but there are issues with quality control. pro. Fast shipping
Samsung V6414BN smartcam HD-This item is used as advertised and possibly remanufactured. The camera works and connects to samsung 8. The only CON is the camera lens has been opened from body and someone didn't apply correct and cross threaded it half way and there is just no way to trun back and turn it correctly without damaging the lens, I don't see how this could have happened in factory without red flag. I just hope it continues on working.
