THE GOOD. Overall the phone is very good shape, 9/10. A few scratches close to the main camera lens turned out to be of no consequence. The screen/display quality is excellent and the build quality is too. My Mint Mobile SIM card was easy to setup and works well including WiFi calling. THE BAD. The phone arrived in a generic box and was not particularly well packed. It came with a generic charger that overheated the first time I attempted to charge the phone. Luckily my Qi charger is a good substitute.

I used to have a Oneplus 1 years ago, so I'm familiar with how good their phones usually are. Since that time, I've used a moto G5 and a Pixel 2, both of which were disappointing in their own ways. I mainly purchased this for the big battery, coz the Pixel 2 had horrific battery life. I thought the upgrade to 4300 mAh from the 2700mAh of the Pixel 2 would make a huge difference, but it isn't as big as I expected, probably because of the larger screen size. Also, like many other phones nowadays, this one doesn't have a headphone jack. However, in addition to getting the right USB C to 3.5mm adapter for this phone (which is different from the one that the Pixels use), OTG has to be enabled every time the audio is to be routed to the headphones. In summary, this phone was also a little disappointing to me, but it's definitely a huge improvement over the Pixel 2.Read full review

I bought this used and considering the launch date of the phone it's probably 6 to 8 months old. I was coming from a Samsung Galaxy S10 lite. This phone has a premium finish, stereo speakers and more thank ok camera. Pair it with a Gcam version for better photography. The software is fast. Though compared to Samsung it misses a few features but nothing is deal breaker. In conclusion this phone has amazing value if you get it for less than $500 as of Aug 2021 you can buy it new at the official store for $550

Great display, fast OS, superb build quality. Sound is good with 2 speakers, display is bright and crisp. Facial recognition is fast. No hiccups, just great performance. This is my 6th OnePlus phone and I still love them. Camera is good The back is slippery, so I recommend a plastic or TPU case for better grip. Otherwise, this phone seems easy to drop.
