A crucial text to help focus your creative effort
The author took a pretty dry topic and gave it life and, more importantly, a convincing case for why the numerous approaches in the book are useful. The embracing of both paper and digital means is relevant and plays to both mediums' strengths, although the author mostly doesn't insist you do anything one exact way.
