I’m happy to have fresh clean air in my home
I’ve had a unit like this in the past and it lasted years. I really missed it and finally replaced it after taking care of other big unexpected home expenses. Within a day I started finding wads of dust and pet hair on the floor again. That means we're not breathing that dust and dander because it’s not floating in the air anymore. The ozone even on the lowest setting gets a little too strong for the layout of my house so I can’t let it run 24/7. I wish it had a little lower setting but I can work with that. I love being able to clear out orders immediately, like lingering odors after cooking and the horrible burnt rubber smell I had the other day when something got tangled in my vacuum sweeper. I also smell skunks at times and can turn on the ozone to freshen the air in my house. I had to say “no” for “Is it quiet?” because there was only a yes and no choice and “quiet” is subjective. I can hear the sound of the fan running so I wouldn’t call it quiet but it isn’t real loud and it doesn’t bother me. I got used to hearing it quickly and don't really notice it anymore. I’m giving it five stars because I love it so much but I do wish the ozone setting went a little bit lower so I could run it all of the time. My other unit must have had a lower setting because it did run all of the time without the ozone smell becoming too strong. I highly recommend this unit.
