I had fun making my own quality musical instrument.
It is a good project for well supervised youth groups as well as any maker and music enthusiast. The kit is complete with good quality materials and concise but thorough instructions. With patience I was able to construct a quality instrument comparable to what is on the market at twice the price of the kit. Recommended. Cons: I strongly suggest that you have additional clamps, sand paper, a drill to pilot the holes for the hold down bracket and a real screwdriver. Probably due to restrictions on international shipping of chemicals, the glue was not included. If your looking for a fun do-it-yourself project and an easy to play musical instrument, this kit is a good value.

Maybe pricey(?) but worth it
It comes with a tuner and a bad, along with stickers that you can put on the keys to tell you which notes they are, all of which was useful. I don't know how much these things usually run for, but it seemed a little pricey. If you have the money, though, it's really fun and it came in great condition. Quality instrument, arrived in tune. When plucking, the keys have a smooth feel. Big sound. It feels nice in the hands. Came with tuning hammer but have had no need for it. Where is the Damn glue???? What paint????
Their is No Paint! And more importantly No Glue!!!! The pieces too build the side frame are off and don't fit. Not being able too assemble, I am unable too comment on the sound. Waste of money.
