Great for the price
These hearing aids work very well, with a few caveats. The volume control button is quite small, and most people will need to take them out to adjust them. A minor inconvenience, I believe. These hearing aids also seem to feed back essily. That can be easily dealt with by choosing the correct sized ear domes, and by adjusting the aids' position in your ear canal. The only really negative thing I can say is that the batteries don't last too long. Oh well, there's always a trade-off. Other than those things, these are very effective hearing aids, which I am happy to recommend. And, at this price, it's hard to see how you can go wrong.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I bought these for emergency bachup The amplification is as good or better than my $5000 name brand. The only negative for me is, I have very small ears and I also wear glasses. The greatest gift of hearing once again.
Mom could not hear what people were saying. She put the hearing aid in and instantly could hear everything. In fact she has to turn it down. After Mom getting such wonderful results my cousin bought one also with the exception his is rechargeable and mom's was battery. But the batteries last a long time. Best gift I ever gave her. Sturdy construction, tangible, comfortable and non-intrusive it works well, offers options in adjustments. I think having molded tubes would be better but the flexible tubes are acceptable. They are a bit short however and require positioning the amp unit somewhat higher at the back of the ear. The degree of variance between the lowest extraneous noise filter and the second level is a quite wide making me wish there was a more intermediate level. I have a 3500.00 hearing aid that continually needs repairs(100.00) ea time.Saw the Britzgo hearing amplifier online 3 weeks or so ago.The Britzgo works Great, I use it daily for 10 to 12 hrs a day.
