worth the money
I like the moon and sun rise and set and the other measurements seem reasonably accurate. The barometric pressure was slightly out when checked against the Met Office web site at but by adjusting the height of my location by 10 meters at a time it was then accurate. Over the last few days it has tracked the met office readings exactly. On the down side the moon phases appear to be mirrored which means a full moon is just a blank black moon and a new moon is fully white, however once you get used to it it is fineVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

This product is OK, but not exceptional.
This should be a moderate upgrade from the stations which just give temperature readings. Having said that, there are a few reservations: 1. It doesn't come with a mains adaptor so uses batteries. Rechargeable batteries run at a lower voltage than alkaline batteries, so using rechargeables makes the screen lack contrast compared to my antique "Huger" thermometer. It can be difficult to read if the lighting isn't perfect. 2. It is complex to set up: you have to run through altitude and location settings from scratch every time you change the batteries. I guess I will get used to this in time, but meanwhile I have to read the manual every time. 3. One of the 3 sensor channels is already in use by one of my neighbours, so I can read the temperature of their greenhouse. I guess the neighbours can also read the temperature outside my backdoor. This was a fault with my old "Huger" set up too, of course. Given the above, I might in future pay a bit more for a product which uses a different communications frequency and comes with either solar power or a mains adaptor.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Provides lots of interest
Screen is a bit confusing such as the sun symbol on at night and the contrast is poor. It does work well though once set up which initially takes a bit of time. The clock is the best feature and can be used to set all your other watches and clocks accurately. Great product but the instruction book isn't wonderful.
Great weather station, lots of interesting functions - I've never had one with sunrise/sunset and moon phases before. The instruction book isn't great and some of the text in the illustrations really too tiny to be legible. I'm still not convinced that I've set the altitude correctly and have no way of knowing. Has the ability to be great - But !
Date and time are dead accurate. Temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, sun rise/set and moon rise/set appear to be OK. Where this unit is not too clever is with the forecast pictorials, e.g. Full sun at night ( there is no pictorial for night time) Full sun when it totally overcast. Moon phase is questionable other than full moon. Whilst these faults may be minor they spoil what could be a great product. Shame.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not as good as the one I had before.

Good for the price.
This machine gives a wide range of weather related information, it does require determination to set it up. My only gripe is that the indoor/outdoor temperature indicator is not very accurate 1 degree over outdoors and 3 degrees over indoors.
