Better than expected
First, a warning, these support 10amps, that’s it. Don’t attempt to power several items through a power strip, this is made to turn on and off simple appliances like a lamp or coffee maker. It isn’t made to work with several items at once. Very smart outlet plugs
I have over 2 dozen of these smart plugs in 2 homes. I can see the power usage of any 110v appliance, set on/off timer schedules and monitor /control from my phone from anywhere as long as I have wifi or LTE. . I found that my microwave and TVs were using power even when turned off. I use the plugs to cut the power to these at night and when away from home. Microwaves and space heaters require the 15 amp version since they can use more wattage than normal appliances.

Better than more expensive smart outlets
I only have used two different brands of outlets and like these so far over the wemo brand. Wemo makes great switches but their outlets easily get disconnected. I have yet to have these disconnect. I got four of these for the price of one wemo. Nice productVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great product
I run Home Assistant for home automation and these plugs work very well while at the same time monitor energy consumption for whatever I have plugged into it. I know when a device is running and when a device is “off” as it still draws a small amount of current under 7watts.
