Low quality- requires some tinkering.
This was easy to put together. The quality was extremely poor and very wobbling. One riser broke immediately and had to be glued. The two risers that were next to each other had to be screwed together to stabilize it- and the riser that had to be glued at top was so wobbly I had to take my cat down- drive to Home Depot for some more epoxy- cut a whole in the fabric at the bottom of the riser- sand the particle board and glue it- and now that I reinforced every single riser- (all were unstable for my one year old cats)- after I did that- well, I was satisfied with the product- for the value you know it’s not going to be great- a really good cat tower is about $225.00- but for the price- if you are willing to make some modifications, it’s quite nice. My kitten loves this! The only problem I have with it is the instructions were terrible and it took me forever to put it together. But once I had it together it looks great and my kitten loves it. Very easy to put together, my kitty was crying at me the whole time I was putting it together jonesing to play on it. As soon as I was finished he climbed on real quick and was having a blast! It’s a little wobbly, would recommend only for kittens and small cats. The base is a little smaller than I expected but it’s still good sized and good priced. I’m happy with my purchase, and so is my little guy! ☺️

I'm impressed...
The instructions were crap but it wasnt hard to figure out. It went together great and my cat absolutely loves it! It is definitely big enough for adult cats. She is almost 10 years old and about 10lbs. It holds her and she fits into and on every part. I left off the top ramp and used it to prop up the bottom ramp. The top ramp makes it look a bit cluttered, but it props up the bottom ramp enough to where it isnt so steep. Definitely a great buy!!!!!

It’s made well but we had to countersink the holes for the screws.
The liners screws provided were not long enough to go through the wood platforms and attach to the poles. The threads inside the pole didn’t begin right away so we had to countersink the holes in the wood in order for the screws to reach.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Problematic
I couldn't figure out the instructions and after fiddling with it for more then an hour I was happy to have at least one floor put together. I would not recommend this to people who are not mechanically inclined or Don't have power tools to get it together. I'm very unsatisfied with this item,, the craftsmanship is very poor,, I didn't receive all the bolts to put it together so I had to fix it my way,. Item is poorly manufactered. Holes needed to be tapped out wider for bolt to fit in otherwise bolts were not long enough. Had to cut out the holes in the carpet fabric for the bolts to go through. No instucton mannual, just hard to read blue prints thst you were left to decipher. Good value, cheap, low quality
For the price this is a over all good product. The very back post has little support and will likely break over time. The two ramps are very steap and look odd. (I added a cat scratcher under myn). Overall for the price it's a good deal in my opinion. O... muy husband said the directions were hard to read and two spots needed holes added for screws.
