Without the benefit of any lab work done, I can only give my opinion on cost or value. I have been told by a professional Doctor that everyone should take CoQ10, as essential as Vit C. I was also told by him that NORMALLY you don't need more than 100 mg a day. I read in research that some have better absorbency than others, therefore I look for the "advertised" fast absorbing. I'm not a chemist or nutritionist and don't have any lab work to back this. I do however, daily take coQ10 and Omega 3. I'm in my 60's.

I am not an authority. I believe this CoQ10 is as good as any other, but better than most. It contains BioPerine which I am lead to believe helps speed the CoQ10 to your system for people who take stations. Remember, I can barely spell the contents of the product, so take my comments accordingly.
