Pleased after purchasing the Cuisinart SS 10:
Over the years been a Kurig user....After the last one died...same way as the last two out of four....leaking water from the base unit. Read many reviews before make another purchase and the Cuisinart 10 was listed in the top 10 models. Really on this article review was list as # 3. So far after experiencing the unit with my coffee ... very pleased with the product and overall performance. Only lasted 6 months.
First of all, we don't use it for real coffee, but hot chocolate and fufu coffee. It doesn't seem to have enough pressure or something to mix the contents throughly. Unlike our last one, this doesn't dissolve the cups completely and up to 1/3 of the K cup is still in the K cup when finished brewing. Still it holds a lot of water and I didn't mind stirring. Unfortunately it only lasted 6 months and it would not brew at all and gave the error code of EE0. Ebay puts a warranty on re-certified products, so I was refunded my money. I am replacing this machine with the exact same machine, i love it so much. Ive had it more than 5 years. It hasnt missed a beat. Great machine, no issues. Perfect Cup of Coffee! So Quiet!
Love this product! I replaced my old Keurig with this one after reading several reviews on both. This one has not disappointed yet. Has a little cubby on the side for a single cup for brewing your own grounds. When you turn it on you don’t have to wait for the water to heat, just pop the pod in and press brew… and it’s starts brewing immediately! I love it! Holds twice as much water as my old Keurig, another perk. But I love the mist that it is super quiet and doesn’t roar at me when brewing. Highly recommend!!

Best Brewer
I have had several Keurig Brewers in the past. The last one was a Keurig 2.0 that I was very unhappy with because it would not use all K cups, only the Keurig brand. I looked at the Cuisinart and thought that it would be a great replacement coffeemaker. I was right. It is wonderful. It brews FAST and the coffee tastes better than the Keurig, and it will use all of the k cup pods. I have no complaints about this great brewer. I feel that I have made a wise decision, and I love it. I guess the only thing that I might change or add is to add lighting under the water canister and make a door on the top lid to add water without removing the entire top. These are "nice to haves" but would improve the brewer for me. I will choose Cuisinart in the future as well.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

My SS Cusinart, still works after almost 12 years. Unfortunately, I didn’t get an coffee filter holde before they became obsolete. Happy with the performance of the SS 700, I got a newer model. Buyer beware
When brewing a K-cup, coffee grounds and hot water spew out of the top of the K-cup and make a terrible mess. It appears the brewer punches a hole in the top of the K-cup that is too large. Thus, hot water flows in faster than it can flow out the bottom of the K-cup and into a coffee cup. As I result the grounds end up making a mess inside the brewer and the coffee is not drinkable. When I contacted Cuisinart because my purchase indicated a three year warranty with Cuisinart, Cuisinart said they do not honor warranties on anything purchased on eBay.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not impressed
It's ok. Not impressed with this Cuisinart product and I usually like their products. Coffee filter is a pain to clean. Coffee is on the weak side when it is done brewing.
