Best machine I ever had
I love this machine, I have had several Superautomatic machines over a 25 year period starting with a Saeco Royal Coffee Bar and by far this is the one I have been waiting for. This machine makes the best Cappuccino I have ever had period. It uses a lot of water to rinse and you must empty the inner water tray often but I don't mind as the way the unit opens from the front and the ease of adding water is not a big deal. And It does a great job of keeping itself clean as a self protector. The manual is a bit cumbersome the way it is laid out but sufficient none the less.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Wonderful machine
It arrived today and within a few minutes of unpacking it and following the setup directions, I was enjoying a wonderful espresso! Made a couple more drinks with the milk carafe and explored the user menus. Very easy when following the instruction book.

Only one small improvement would make this perfect.
Believe all the Saeco literature and claims. Even what may seem to be hyperbole. This machine is amazing. The only thing they could do to improve it would be to offer different degrees of "hat" for the steamed milk -- the coffee temperature can be modified, but not the temperature of the milk.
