It works good enough, but you will have to shake it L & R to make certain all beans are ground. Also, for some reason, the electrical cord is very very short, like under 12 inches short, and I can only work it from my counter top with an extension cord? The instructions say it is for my safety? My favorite
Have tried lots of grinders, including burr, over the years and this is my fave for everyday use. No mess from static and a top full of beans is a perfect measure. It is simple to use. you have a multiple cup setting up to 10 and three settings for the grind type. fill to the level mark and hold down top button until the grinder automatically stops-very efficient in it's operation and design. We had one of those white Braun grinders for years and it worked well enough but was sloppy to use. I needed a new grinder and this was a good match to the basic black containers and Mr. Coffee espresso maker I already have. Wonderful, has sweep wipers that make it easy to get the fines, larger than competition; light up choices on sides and best of all the top comes off and can be washed without damage to the motor. I would buy again for gifts. This is same cost as hard to clean grinders and has superior features compared to others.
