Quality product
Cutting away the primer crimp is the best way to remove the crimped material instead of just compressing it. This tool does the job perfectly. As a past machinist, it's not tough to recognize a well crafted product. Hard material, well machined, dimentioned right. The nose of the bit regulates the depth of the cut, insuring no overcasting, I've done between 5 and 6 thousand cases , then gauged with a primer depth tool, and found ZERO miscuts. Time saver
This product does two things at once if you are the kind of person who works their brass to improve accuracy. I do and so reaming the primer pocket and cutting out the primer crimp has in the past been a two step process. With this tool it is very uniform and done in one step. Ok for cleaning, no removing crimp.
