Spur extension
AMERICAN MADE! God be PRAISED! Uncle Mike's spurs USED to be good, but they're made in China now, quality's slipped. This GrovTec spur seems to be good material and a good fit, we'll see how it holds up under field conditions after I'm able to get some rifle ammunition. Perfect fit for my Marlin 336C
Brand new 2016 gun, and this hammer extension fit perfectly. There is a divot in the side of the hammer that matches this extension perfectly. It comes with two pre-threadlocked set screws, but only one is needed and the threaded hole is not big enough to add the second for security. It only needs one. Note, when you are holding the gun, right-handed shooters mount it on the left side of the hammer, left-handed shooters mount it on the right side of the hammer. Oh, there was no issue with the extension interfering with the bolt. Note, if you own a Thompson Center Encore or Contender, do NOT use these steel extensions. You need to use lighter weight aluminum extensions, otherwise you may develop a misfire problem.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
