IRON EATER Black Series Air Injection Iron Water Filter Remove iron up to 27 ppm, Sulfur up to 10 ppm, Manganese up to 6 ppm The Iron Eater Air Injection Oxidizing Filter System, as a single tank system, is an efficient and cost effective system for the removal of iron and sulphur. The Iron Eater maintains an “air pocket” in the top of the tank while the system is in service. As the water passes thru the air pocket, iron and sulphur are oxidized. A additionally, dissolved oxygen is added to the water. The Iron Blend filter media bed then removes the iron and sulphur from the water. The Iron Eater can remove up to 10ppm Hydrogen Sulfide and up to 27 ppm Iron. A daily backwash will remove accumulated iron and replenish the filter media bed. The regeneration process also adds a fresh air pocket to the system.

It's "WELL" worth it!
The product is great. Was easy to install. But...I was a little disappointed in the control setup instructions in the manual. There was a scan app on the side of the unit and i tried that for more clarity but was disappointed again with "manual with be available soon." I did google search and find the model with better instructions setting up the controller and understanding the codes better. All and all 27 gpm is double the amount of iron eating power then others brands of similar price. It's "WELL" worth it!

Air injection iron eater filter that backwashes
Does a great job of removing iron and sediment and easy to set up . Works really good and water looks and tastes perfect and had iron and sediment in it before filtering from the well and now when tested no iron or sediment. Really does and amazing job and back washes itself so you don’t have to do anything but drink great water.just wish I had known about it sooner. Steve
