Does not seem new as advertised.
I am very pleased with my new TV however, is it really brand new. I noticed some scratches on the screen and a strange mark directly in the middle of the screen. Like a smudge that won't go away. You can see the scratches and this mark clearly when the set is turned off. You can see it from the side when the screen is on. Also, the bottom right corner has what appears to be plastic or sticky residue on it along the edges.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

How to make it great
It is great concept it could be a great product with a few more features. Drop the CD player and add a few HDMI outlets. Improve the twist screen feature so the screen stays level. Replace the current Tv with a higher quality unit. Well packaged and delivered early
This item was well packaged and delivered prior to the estimated arrival. It is my second under cabinet TV, and I like this larger screen size. My only disappointment is that reception is spotty in picking up my hometown TV channel which is strange because it picks up the two stations 50 miles away just fine. Acceptable product
This is a pretty good product, but the fact that it only has a coaxial input is very sad. I had to purchase an HDMI to Coaxial converter box for $100 to be able to use this with our AT&T cable service. So that took away from. Perfect Hidden TV
This is actually the second one I bought in 5 years. It's perfect for a kitchen as it's never seen unless it's opened to watch . Love the hidden aspect of it. However, after 5 years of very carefully opening and closing (and I'm the only one doing this) the plastic part that holds the TV in place, began to break and got to the point that it was just hanging from the wires without the protection of the plastic housing. I have to say the TV was still working fine when I replaced it. I'm hoping to get more than 5 years use with my new one.
