This is a great cookbook that I got for my daughter. She has enjoyed experimenting with different recipes & is always telling me something new she has tried or that she is planning. This cookbook has a lot of useful information that someone without a lot of experience will find handy. It was well worth buying & I would recommend it to everyone.

I can say honestly that I thought there would be more recipes in this. There are, however, many pages that have lots of very useful information. Canning, measuring, proper cutting of meat, tips and tricks abound through this book. But, like I said, I wished there would have been more recipes. I bought this cookbook to replace one that I had years ago. I have made some of the recipes and we have not found any that we didn't like. The peanut butter cookies are addictive! I have other cookbooks, but this is the one that I use the most.
