Excellent book to help you in the healing process
I have not had a chance to be a part of a "Fresh Start Seminar," but I highly recommend this workbook. It breaks down all the stages we face as we go through the divorce process. It is written in an easy to understand style with plenty of examples from the authors about their own experiences. I was especially thankful for the exercises that are included throughout each chapter where I could write down my own experiences, thoughts, and feelings. This made it much more than just a "self-help" book on a difficult subject; it was like journaling while having a coach walk alongside me through the pain and healing process. I would recommend this book to anyone going through divorce.

Fresh Start Divorce Recovery Workbook
I highly recommend this workbook for anyone who is separated or going through a divorce. The text and questions help the reader get feelings down on paper in an organized order so understanding and healing can begin. It has been a tremendous help to me as I have been going through a painful divorce causing my emotions to be so overwhelming that it caused my thoughts to be so jumbled and confusing. This book was a lifesaver for me; so much so, that I bought another copy to send to a friend who was going through a painful separation after 32 years of marriage.

Very good book for person going thru or has been thru a divorce recently. Very Christian oriented. Actually can use with a counselor too. Would recommend.
