Chicken Piccata, Chicken Marsala, Chicken Divan, Chicken Pot Pie, Sour Cream Chicken Quiche, Chicken-cheese Pastries with Sweet-and-Sour Sauce, Chicken Manhattan, and Caribbean Chicken Breasts with Coconut are some of my favorites from this book. Easy instructions, accurate measurements, a little history about the dish, prep time, actual cooking/baking time and number of servings are key inclusions in any good cookbook. The author of 365 WAYS TO COOK CHICKEN, Cheryl Sedaker, included all of these when writing her book. Her directions are so easy to follow, you won't even miss the photographs! I borrowed this book from a friend. I copied many recipes and loved the book. I thought of Ebay and the price was right. I got an excellent cookbook with so many great & easy recipes. I made 3 different dinners in 1 week; it's great. I would highly recommend this cookbook!! It's healthy eating with fast preparations, great for anyone who doesn't have a lot of time for cooking.
