  • Lynyrd Skynyrd gets an undeserved reputation.

It's Skynyrd. They're the best Rock N Roll band of all time. Don't let an unwarranted reputation of them or some stupid, way too extreme people who have an agenda, affect your perception. Listen to the Ballad of Curtis Loew or Saturday Night Special and you'll begin to see and appreciate the nuances and depths of Ronnie Van Zant lyrics. They weren't just Sweet Home Alabama (as great as it is) There's plenty more of the band than that, regardless of what some (stress some) of their crazy fans would have you believe.
