I have loved Elvis Presley ever since I was a teenager in the 60's. Being able to buy from e-Bay is a revelation for me, a South African, working in the USA for this year. I bought this box of CD's just before I visited Memphis and obviously Graceland and it put in the mood to experience Elvis in all his masterpieces. I am also visiting Las Vegas in a week's time and will be able to breathe the air where he sang and worked his whole life. This cd set is an amazing collection of Elvis' greatest hits, all from live performances from Las Vegas. It's a four disc set with many songs repeated on each one. Elvis was at his best in Vegas and this set has similar material from the Live at the Internetional cd and Live in Vegas cd. I would recommend this cd to anyone who is an Elvis fan. If you already have live Vegas cd's, most of the material is the same. This set does have a book with lots of pictures and liner notes. Overall this is a very nice box set that is rare, because it is out of print.
I decided to buy this because I love the way Elvis performed live. I was to young when he was around but I have seen him on video and now thanks to ebay I can listen to him singing live even though he's not with us. The beauty of this item is you get a feel for how good he was live and the charisma he had on stage not to mention how strong his vocals were. I recommend this box cd set to any Elvis fan. You'll know what I'm talking about once you buy it.
