Good , but not too difficult.
I like this DVD because it is an exercise demonstration (not for entertainment) that you can follow at home and I don’t have to go to a gym. Leslie Sansone and her class demonstrate the moves. It is good for my level of ability. I am 79 and have done this one (there are so many different ones) for years plus a few others. It has helped me to stay pretty mobile over the years. Walk away the pounds DVD workout.
This is the best workout tape from Leslie Sansone. I had a lot of injuries that didn't permit me to work out. Once healed I was always able to ease in with this kind of low impact workout. You walk in place, side to side, forwards and backwards. Unlike other workout tapes this is truly for beginners, or someone who wants to get moving again. The DVD came fast, and works fantastic.
