Great instruction and poses. My husband has been doing yoga for years and he was impressed with video. So I'm going to give it a go. Need to start home exercises with ongoing covid, with gym closed. Gave one video as a gift to a yoga lover who is missing classes and ordered one for myself.

the title is self explanatory, and accurate.
Great DVD to introduce or reinforce knowledge of how to approach classic yoga poses. Well explained and easy to understand. The lesson is a little short, but that is my only quibble.
