Beautiful DVD!!! I love it!!!
I am brand new to belly dancing (just started with this DVD yesterday) and I think it is an amazing tool for beginners like me. I have always wanted to learn how to do this and these lovely ladies are wonderful teachers. The sisters show you step by step what to do, and make it look so easy. In addition, it explains how each moves help particular muscles, and that is perfect for those of us that need to lose a few pounds and inches around the midsection, thighs, legs or buttocks. I know it is going to take a long time before I can dance a fraction as well as Veena and Neena, but watching their beautiful and graceful moves inspires me to keep trying.
