A trilogy of terrifying tales set in three suburban houses. An unusual real estate agent (John Ritter) is taking a newlywed couple to three homes he has for sale. At each home he tells them a different ghoulish story. In the first, a wife who has murdered her brutal husband fears that he may not be as dead as she hoped. Next, a father grows suspicious of his daughter's pet monkey and tries to put a stop to its evil mischief.
