3 1/2 stars actually. Fairly decent, modest arrangements that seemed a bit hastily written to complete a release. The band was finally back together after a split and expecting the same magic from the 1980's to follow this 1997 studio cd called Neverland would be a bit too much. What you'll get are easy to listen to songs, none of them are horrible, but none of them are outstanding. All-in-all, unless your a fan of the band then you may not have a need for this cd unless your curious and have a few extra bucks to spend on something new. I bought it to finish buying the Night Ranger material that I never owned, and since I was a fan of the band's when they first smashed out onto the scene in the early 80's I'm left a bit flat by this recording...its not bad, just mediocre, so be careful if your expecting the same feel you got from "Dawn Patrol" or "Midnight Madness" then your bound to be a bit disappointed.Read full review
