"Local Hero" is a comedic film directed by Bill Forsyth and starring Peter Riegert and Burt Lancaster. Good movie, poor quality tape.
The sound was poor, buzzing throughout. The tape is 40 years old, so that is an issue. Would have liked to have had it checked before sending it out. Wound up getting it out of the library system. Movie however was a perfect snapshot of the 80's and was great.
